Newton North won both boys, 82 points, and girls, 65 points, championships. Way to go!
Newton South boys were 2nd with 76 points and NS girls were 12th with 26 points.
34 boys teams scored at least 1 point and 31 girls teams.

Juliet Ryan-Davis moves to finals

8:12pm; Juliet Ryan-Davis, Middlebury College,  just finished 2nd in the prelim. heat of the 800m at the NCAA DIII national T&F championships to move on to the finals tomorrow.

Newton South grad, Juliet Ryan-Davis, to run in NCAA div III championships

Juliet Ryan-Davis, NSHS 2009, runs for Middlebury College. She qualified for the nationals NCAA division III championships in the 800 meters. She is seeded 3rd in  2:07.73.  WOW!

The preliminary race is today at 8:10 pm Eastern time (Central time: 7:10 p.m. Women's 800 Meters Prelims)

Tomorrow's 800 meters final is at 5:20 pm Eastern time. (Central 4:20 p.m. Women's 800 Meters Finals) (assuming she qualifies for the finals tomorrow!)
